Paralegals or Legal Assistants are an integral part of the Savell & Williams philosophy of providing the highest caliber legal work to our clients in the most cost-effective manner. Under the supervision of the attorney assigned to the case, the paralegals perform extensive discovery and other trial preparation, including witness interviews and investigation. We employ legal assistants that have either a 4 year degree or a certificate from an accredited program, plus a minimum of three years of insurance defense litigation experience.
