Description of the Practice
Organization and Administration Our History
Savell & Williams L.L.P. |
Starting in the early 1950's, Savell & Williams has always maintained the firm premises in the downtown Atlanta area. In the earliest years, the firm had offices in the Healy Building, then moved to the Equitable Building in the early 1970s. In 1987, as leaders of a revival of the Farlie Poplar District, the firm moved back to the Healy Building as an anchor tenant, and then spent 10 years in Peachtree Center, returning to The Equitable Building in the Farlie Poplar District in 2002 and returning to the Peachtree Center in 2007. A small symbol of the firm's commitment to downtown Atlanta is that Savell & Williams' retains the longest standing business phone number in continuous use in the city of Atlanta. We are proud that our clients can contact us now at the same number they did 40 years ago! Our firm has changed with the times, as Atlanta's skyline has changed, but the core values of our founding partners are still guiding principles for the day to day management of the firm and its practice. |
