Management of the firm is conducted by all of the partners, and headed by one senior managing partner, who is given wide ranging discretionary authority to make day to day decisions for the partnership with input from all attorneys. This system of operation makes the firm run more efficiently.

In keeping with its goal of representing clients in a cost-efficient manner, the firm employs an Administrator to manage the financial, personnel, and operational aspects of its practice under the direction of the Managing Partner and the other partners.

The firm also employs several paralegals who work with two to four attorneys, and help the attorneys manage their caseload by performing a variety of tasks.

Each attorney shares a secretary in a cluster with one or two other attorneys. Financial operations are administered by our computer center.
