Savell & Williams, L.L.P. has been a litigation oriented law firm since Ed Savell & John Williams founded the firm in 1952. Long known for its insurance defense practice, the firm in recent years has broadened its expertise and reputation substantially into numerous other types of litigation, including commercial, employment, first-party insurance contract and premium disputes.

The firm’s litigation practice primarily involves tort and workers’ compensation cases. Tort cases handled by firm attorneys include automobile, premises liability, professional liability, business torts, and products liability cases. The firm also has a substantial commercial and bankruptcy litigation practice.

Savell & Williams, L.L.P.’s workers’ compensation practice is an administrative trial and appellate practice, with an emphasis on partnering with our clients in representing their best interests and in ensuring that the system operates as intended. Our firm is known throughout the state as a fair and formidable advocate.
