Background: |
Susan Clark Speer attended Duke University from 1986
until 1989 before receiving her B.A. in Art History from Georgia
State University. She studied Art History in Italy in 1992 and
worked in an Alaskan art gallery in 1993. During law school, she
worked as a research assistant for intellectual property and
entertainment law Professor Michael Landau. As a participant in the
GSU extern program, Ms. Speer worked for The Honorable Dorothy Toth
Beasley, former judge of the Georgia Court of Appeals, as well as
The Honorable Marion T. Pope, former judge for the Georgia Court of
Appeals. Ms. Speer , an Atlanta native, still resides in Atlanta
with her husband, attorney Trey Reese, and their four children.
